Function and Features
When the pressure inside the oil tank is 6-8 kPa higher than the external pressure or 2-3 KPa lower than the external pressure, the breathing valve will automatically open to balance the pressure difference between the inside and outside; When the pressure difference between the inside and outside of the oil tank is between 2-6KPa, the breathing valve is closed to maintain an appropriate pressure inside the tank to prevent the volatilization and waste of oil. In case of an accident, the anti overflow block in the breathing valve of the oil tanker truck will automatically seal to prevent oil leakage and potential danger. In case of emergency ventilation, when the pressure inside the tank exceeds the external pressure by 21-32KPa, the emergency exhaust device will be activated to release the pressure inside the tank and prevent the oil tank from exploding. The Z-large exhaust volume reaches 7000m3/h and is opened in two stages: first release the pressure inside the tank, and then fully open the tank cover.
